Every piece in our collection is selected with intention, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before completing your order.
Full-Price Items
Full-price apparel items are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund to original form of payment within 7 days of delivery, provided they are returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
All returns and exchanges apply to apparel only. Accessories — including jewelry, scarves, hats, bags, belts, and hair accessories — are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, for reasons of hygiene and the delicate nature of these pieces.
To be eligible:
– Items must be postmarked for return within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date
– Items must be in original, sellable condition with tags intact
– Items must not show signs of wear, fragrance, staining, or alteration
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Sale & Discounted Items
All items purchased at a discounted price — including items purchased with a promotional code, during a sale event, or marked down from original retail — are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued for discounted purchases.
This applies to all discount types, including but not limited to: promotional codes, site-wide sales, seasonal markdowns, and bundle pricing.
Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
Pre-orders and limited drop items may be subject to separate cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. In general:
– Pre-orders cancelled before a stated fulfillment date will receive a full refund or store credit
– Pre-orders cancelled after fulfillment has begun may only be eligible for store credit
– All terms specific to a limited drop will be communicated at the time of that drop
Pop-Up Events & In-Person Purchases
Purchases made at Shop Sorriso pop-up events are subject to the same return and exchange policy as online orders. All sales of discounted or marked-down items at pop-up events are final.
Event registration fees or reserved experiences associated with Shop Sorriso or The Sorriso Archive, where applicable, are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee with advance notice.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@oliviamjs.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Damaged or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of whether the item was purchased at full price or on sale.
We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@oliviamjs.com within your eligible window with the following:
– Your order number
– The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
– Whether you are requesting store credit or an exchange
Do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all eligible returns and exchanges, except in cases of damaged or defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Shop Sorriso is not responsible for items lost in transit on the return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund or Store Credit
Refund to original payment method or store credit will be issued in the amount of the original purchase price (excluding original shipping) once the returned item is received and inspected. Store credit does not expire and may be applied to any future purchase at shopsorriso.com.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for returns to be inspected and processed after we receive them. You will be notified by email once your store credit or exchange has been issued.
