These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of shopsorriso.com and any purchase you make through the Shop Sorriso storefront, operated by Sorriso Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a Michigan limited liability company.

By accessing the store, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. These Terms apply in addition to any other policies posted on the site, including our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.

By using Shop Sorriso, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using the store under applicable law. If you are making a purchase on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Shop Sorriso offers optional customer accounts. You may check out as a guest or create an account to manage orders, save preferences, and access order history.

If you create an account, you agree to:

–      Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

–      Maintain the security of your password and not share account access with others

–      Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

–      Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or are inactive for an extended period.

All products displayed on Shop Sorriso are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify inventory at any time without notice.

Product descriptions, images, and details are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Colors and textures may appear differently on screen than in person due to monitor settings and photography lighting. Shop Sorriso carries a curated selection of independently designed and produced garments. Some items are small-batch or limited run and may not be restocked once sold.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

In the event of a pricing error — including typographical errors, system errors, or inaccurate pricing displayed on the site — Sorriso Enterprises LLC reserves the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. We are not obligated to honor an incorrectly priced order.

Shop Sorriso accepts the following payment methods:

–      Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

–      Shop Pay and Shopify Payments

–      PayPal

–      Afterpay (buy now, pay later — subject to Afterpay’s own eligibility requirements and terms)

By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate and complete.

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s payment infrastructure. Sorriso Enterprises LLC does not store your full payment card details. For Afterpay transactions, your payment schedule and terms are governed by Afterpay’s agreement with you, not by Sorriso Enterprises LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud is suspected or if a payment cannot be verified.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from Shop Sorriso. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for resale, orders with suspected fraudulent payment, or orders affected by pricing errors.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders are fulfilled from the Detroit metro area. Processing times, shipping carriers, estimated delivery windows, and policies for lost or damaged packages are governed by our Shipping Policy, available at shopsorriso.com.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other factors outside our control.

All returns, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy, available at shopsorriso.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to those policies, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

–      Cancellations: only possible before an order has been processed or shipped

All content on shopsorriso.com — including product photography, copy, branding, logos, and the Shop Sorriso name and identity — is the property of Sorriso Enterprises LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, or use any content from the store for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Product images provided by brand partners remain the property of those brands and are used under license.

When using Shop Sorriso, you agree not to:

–      Place orders for the purpose of unauthorized resale or commercial redistribution

–      Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the store

–      Attempt to manipulate pricing, inventory, or promotional systems

–      Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information in any order or account

–      Engage in any conduct that interferes with the operation of the store or other users’ experience

We reserve the right to cancel orders, suspend accounts, and pursue legal remedies for violations of this section.

The Shop Sorriso storefront and all products and services offered through it are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Sorriso Enterprises LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as required by applicable law.

We do not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sorriso Enterprises LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the store, any product purchased, or any transaction-related dispute.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sorriso Enterprises LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the store, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Shop Sorriso operates on the Shopify platform. Your use of the store is also subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Payment processing, buy now pay later services (Afterpay), and other third-party integrations are governed by their respective terms. Sorriso Enterprises LLC is not responsible for the practices or policies of these third-party providers.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at hello@oliviamjs.com before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of any store credit. Sorriso Enterprises LLC reserves the right to contest chargebacks that we believe to be fraudulent or filed in bad faith.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the State of Michigan.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
