Shop Sorriso is a Detroit-based boutique fulfilling orders from the Detroit metro area. We take care in packaging every order and aim to get it to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

During high-volume periods (new arrivals, sales, pop-up events), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will communicate any delays by email.

Domestic Shipping

Shop Sorriso ships within the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:

      Standard shipping: 5–8 business days

      Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (where available at checkout)

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control are not the responsibility of Shop Sorriso.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or a comparable carrier at our discretion based on package size, weight, and destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping thresholds, if applicable, will be clearly communicated on the site at time of promotion.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Shop Sorriso is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:

      Checking with neighbors or building management

      Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim

      Reaching out to us at hello@oliviamjs.com so we can assist where possible

For packages lost in transit (no delivery confirmation), please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and item before opening fully, then contact us at hello@oliviamjs.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Shop Sorriso is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at hello@oliviamjs.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

International Shipping

Shop Sorriso does not currently ship internationally. We hope to offer international shipping in the future and will update this policy accordingly.
